History

Limits for this clinic (rarely changed)

"Not limited" means that item is never stopped for this clinic; its use is still counted below. When bookings or minutes go past the minus, the phone line pauses; when SMS go past it, bookings continue without SMS.

After the paid-till date there are 3 days' grace. Then the phone line tells callers the service is paused; bookings are kept. Leave "Paid till" empty for no end date.

Doctors' own booking numbers

A call to a doctor's own number goes straight to that doctor, with no doctor menu. SMS give that number for cancelling or changing.

Add each number to the booking line (Application) in Plivo too.

Logins for this clinic

Owner: can change Settings. Staff: bookings, doctors and leave only. If the email already has a login (for example a Super Club login), it is simply given access and its password stays the same. Share the starting password with the clinic privately.

Features for this clinic

When allowed, the clinic owner can switch it on or off in their Settings. When not allowed, the clinic doesn't see it at all.

Adding a plan sets this to the plan's number. Change it here for monthly-fee clinics, or to allow one clinic more.

Open a link on the TV or monitor in Chrome, full screen. It needs no login and shows only token numbers.

Doctor's phone

The doctor calls the next patient from their own phone. Send each doctor their link once; they tap "Add to Home screen". It works without a login, so share it only with that doctor.

Phone lost, or a link shared by mistake?

Make new links. The old ones stop working at once; then open or send the new ones.

The queue, TV screen and doctor's phone are not switched on for your clinic. Ask Docto1 on WhatsApp ↗

The page shows the clinic's address and map link (from the Clinic & phone tab) and the doctors' names, specialities and timings (from the Doctors page). Patient names and phone numbers are never shown.

Get a report now

For any day. Pick what you want, then send, copy, download or print it.

"Copy report" copies a short text to paste in WhatsApp. "Print / Save as PDF" prints one A4 page per doctor per session for your record file; to keep a PDF, choose "Save as PDF" as the printer. "Download Excel" opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

Free. Uses no SMS from your plan. Sent from noreply@docto1.in.

Warn the clinic when fewer than

Example: with minus 10, a clinic with 0 bookings left can still take 10 more. Then the phone line pauses (callers hear that booking is closed) until you add counts. The warning shows on the clinic's Today page.

Patients

Everyone who has booked at this clinic. Click a patient to see all their visits.

Search finds any part of the number or name. Without a search it lists the patients seen most recently (up to 50).

How the month went, compared with the month before.

Plan and usage

Your phone booking service is prepaid. Each booking, call minute and SMS is taken from your plan.

Plans

Pay online by UPI, card or net banking. The plan is added at once. Unused counts carry forward when you recharge before your plan lapses. Plan payments are not refundable (Refund policy).
